Robert Earl – The Earl of Real Estate – is the Founder of The Earl of Real Estate Team and Team Leader of the Charlottesville VA Keller Williams Market Center.
Robert Earl has worked in the Washington, DC area for over 20 years. Born in Oregon and raised in Washington State, Robert Earl now is proud to call the Old Dominion – Virginia his home.
Robert Earl came to Washington, DC in 1986 as a member or the United States Air Force Presidential Honor Guard. While in the Air Force Robert served as an official military escort to the President of the United States and performed services at numerous receptions and inspections held for visiting heads of state as well as all military honors funerals held for Air Force Veterans at Arlington National Cemetery. During his tour the Honor Guard was awarded the Outstanding Unit and Outstanding Organizational ribbons.
Robert Earl’s professional career has focused on the application of technology to serve customers and solve everyday problems. From Security and ID systems for the · 1988 Presidential Inaugural committee & Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority-WMATA (METRO). Design and Installation of Accounting and Financial Management Systems for numerous successful Government Contractors including Innolog – (a Black Enterprise Magazine Top 100 Company). Architecture and Implementation of a complex data warehouse and decision support system in New York City for the Long Island Power Authority – Keyspan Energy. Founding President of an Internet Solutions Provider in Falls Church, VA that was featured in press releases and case studies featured by Microsoft. To Directorship of Professional Services units and Product Development units designing and deploying Internet Commerce applications for OneSoft focusing on personalized relationship marketing. All along the focus has remained the same – serving customers in a professional and progressive manner.
Robert Earl has brought this same level of professionalism to his real estate career over the past 10 years selling over 400 homes.
During his real estate career, Robert Earl has help launch 2 Keller Williams Market Centers from scratch as a founding investor as well as work as an ALC member for the relaunch of a third. He was recognized as the # 1 individual agent in the Keller Williams Virginia/West Virginia Region in 2003. In 2004 he was awarded a Leadership Award from the Keller Williams Virginia/West Virginia Region while his real estate sales team was the #5 Group in the Region. In 2005 he was recognized with ALC Member of the Year by the Region. In 2008, Robert & his Wife Debra were the #1 Team with the Keller Williams Reston Market Center.
In 2006-07, Robert focused his teaching and mentorship passion toward being a Keller Williams MAPS coach serving agents and teams all across the US and Canada.
Robert Earl is a licensed agent in Virginia. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors and the MLS in Virginia.
Robert Earl enjoys a variety of sports and racing, along with reading, traveling and participating in activities at Keller Williams.
