When involved with a Real Estate Transaction as a customer, is you agent 100% focused on making sure that the transaction is a Win-Win for all parties involved, and are they willing to say “no deal” if it is not a win-win? Are they focused on Integrity or is it something that gets pushed to the back burner? Do you as the Customers always come first or do the need of the brokerage come before yours? Is there Commitment in all things being displayed by the agent that you are working? Did they do the properly training before working with you or are you a victim of on the job training at you expense? Is there a commitment to Communication? Does the agent seek first to understand or are they just out to sell you what they want to sell you? Is there a level of Creativity or are you being subjected to the way it has always been done? Is there Teamwork? Between you and the agent? The Agent and all parties involved or do you feel like you are on an island? Is there a spirit of Trust based upon a foundation of honesty? As an agent, when working with your Broker, Do you feel like you are in a Win-Win relationship? Are management decisions being made that are win-win or are they slanted toward the company? Are you constantly encourage and trained about Integrity or are you left on your own regarding doing the right thing? Do Customers always come first, or is the companies advertising and marketing designed to promote the company first and the properties 2nd? Is there a spirit of Commitment in all things? Not just business, but life and charity and balance? Do you have open lines of Communication, seeking first to understand the view point of the agents or do management decisions seem like corporate mandates? Do you have a vehicle to participate in the leadership of the office? Are you encouraged to apply Creativity to the challenges that you face in your own career the issues that face the office? Is there a spirit of Teamwork that shows to together everyone achieves more or are certain agents treated with a level of favoritism? I there an atmosphere of Trust?
