Why is my house not selling? - Maybe because no one is seeing it?

The National Association of Realtors statistics found that buyers want to see photos and lots of them. Over 70% of home buyers begin their home search on the Internet, photos for homes have become more important than ever.
Then why aren’t photos being posted for properties for sale?
We did a sample search of 3 different groups of properties for sale in Northern Virginia and found some very interesting and frankly shocking information.
The 3 groups were the list of 77 Golf Course Community Homes for Sale, The list of 77 Most Affordable Northern Virginia Homes for Sale and a selected sampling of homes for sale in Reston, VA near the average are sales price of $464,147.03.
Of the 77 Gold Course Homes, they averaged 16.7 photos per property. They have been on the market an average of 104.79 days and have an average list price of $1,002,676.
The Affordable homes averaged 3.7 photos per property. They have been on the market an average of 144.57 days and have an average list price of $219,481.80.
The Reston sampling averaged 13.83 photos per property. They have been on the market an average of 104.04 days and have an average list price of $465,230.50.
Before I comment of the number of photos any further, let me make a point: THE MULTIPLE LISTING SYSTEM DOES NOT CHARGE AN AGENT ANY MORE MONEY TO PUT UP TO 30 PHOTOS PER PROPERTY THAT THEY HAVE LISTED INTO THE SYSTEM. NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA. IT IS PART OF THE OVERALL SUBSCRIPTION FEE THAT AGENTS PAY.
So if that is the case, what excuse would there be to only put an average of 3.7 photos of a property?
Lets take a example of how many photos you can get of a 3-4 bedroom home of townhouse.
Front
Back
Side or Street View
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
Kitchen 2
Family Room
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 4
Bathroom 1
Bathroom 2
Powder Room / Half Bath
That is 15 photos that could be taken of most any property, no matter what the condition.
3.7 vs. 13.8 & 16.7 photos and 144.57 days vs. 104 days. Wow. The number say alot.
One other note. 14 of the 77 golf course homes on the list ONLY HAVE 1 PHOTO. ONE. The property is in a golf course community and there is only 1 photo posted?
Of the affordable list - a alarming 50 out of the 77 homes only have ONE PHOTO.
