What Baron Earl looks for in a home…

By robertearl | April 18, 2007

When looking for a new home, I like to take a close look at the carpets. To me, new carpets are very important to a house. If the 2 legged creatures have not taken the time to even have the carpets professionally cleaned, then I can tell. Face it, would you want to move into a new house and be able to smell the last creature that was in the home? I didn’t think so.

I like clean carpets, brand new carpets. If anyone is going to be making a mess or ruining the carpets, I would just assume that it is me.

My daddy, Robert Earl has told me that over the past few years owners that sold their property have not had to do much to get the home sold and that this has all changed recently. (I am only 11 months old, so I am glad that he filled me in on this ancient history.) Now, houses are taking longer and longer to sell and owners need to pay more attention to the condition of the property and seeing how I spend most of my time on the floor, I vote for the carpet.

If you need the number to a good carpet cleaner or any other professional to help you with items around the house, or if you are wondering what other things that you should do to get your home sold, give my Mommy & Daddy a call.

Got to go, Mom just opened the fridge…

Til next time…

Baron Earl
