The latest gimic in the real estate community are bus tours to visit foreclosure properties.
We have been offering tours of homes for years and feel that our approach is done in such a way to protect and serve the home buying consumer.
We don’t just load you on a bus and show you a bunch of properties that we selected. We take the time to find out what you are looking for and then we take a look at those properties.
We don’t try to work with multiple browsers at one time. We take the time to look at the property with the buyer to see if we can find out any condition issues with the property to protect the buyer who is usually buying a foreclosure as an as-is property.
