Loudoun County Sets 2009 Real Estate Tax Rate - Increase
Thursday, April 3rd, 2008The real estate property tax rate was set at $1.14 per $100 in assessed value. As a result, the average homeowner’s tax bill will increase by an average of $308 or 6.5 percent. The Board of Supervisors approved the fiscal year 2009 budget Tuesday, April 1, totaling $1.6 billion.
