Arlington County Real Estate Tax Rate remains Unchanged

The Arlington VA real estate tax rate remains unchanged from last year at 81.8 cents per $100 of assessed home value. The Arlington County Board did vote for and pass a utility tax on gas and electricity to pay for its environmental initiatives. The tax will be capped at $6 per month.
